We first met Patrick a few years ago when he helped us buy our home. He Impressed us with his professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine dedication to help clients. So, this time around, we knew we wanted to work with him again on the sale of another property. Patrick, would take the time to understand what we were looking for and provided thoughtful insights that helped guide our decisions. Throughout the process, things were explained clearly and handled with confidence and care. He's negotiation skills were truly impressive and ensured that we received the best possible outcome. Patrick truly cares about his clients and made the process the least stressful possible. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the final result. We highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is a great advocate and partner in the process!

Patrick was absolutely amazing during this whole process and was the rock that kept everything together. He was always available if we had questions and always made sure it was explained clearly and simple. As a first time home buyer I couldn't of been more lucky than to have Patrick as my Agent. Would highly recommend anyone who is a first time homebuyer to work with Patrick.

Patrick was great he made this whole process a breeze. Super knowledgeable he knew all the answers to my questions and was able to get us a perfect house with everything we were looking for. 10/10

As stated before, from the nervous moment when I first approached Patrick with my ordeal, through the moments of faith (and there were many), to the closing and the fact that, when the smoke settled, Patrick was with us every step of the way and managed the sale of our home expertly! Can't say enough good things about Patrick and Guardian Realty! Without a single doubt, one of the best professionals in town! If you want a true pro calm under pressure, a real problem solver, and someone who doesn't give up, go with Patrick and Guardian Realty! Pat and the attorney they recommended were the true all-stars of the game! MVPs all the way.

Pat and Guardian Realty looked out for us and acted as our eyes, ears, and boots on the ground during our relocation and house hunting from Florida to Rhode Island - being newcomers to Rhode Island, it was absolutely critical in buying a home in an area that neither my wife or I had resided in or visited before that our agent acted in our best interests and paid close attention to things that might be a problem for us. Pat was responsive and easy to get in touch with, and we highly recommend Pat and Guardian Realty to anyone, especially ex-military, looking for someone who will watch and have your back when needed the most. Thanks!

Despite the 3 hour time zone difference Patrick Maness made himself extremely accessible to me for any and all questions or concerns I had. I recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a home due to his attention to detail and understanding of what I was looking for in a home. Cant imagine having had a better broker!
