Thank you Patti for working with us and helping us find our new home. Your immense knowledge and expertise in SB area helped us a lot in decision making. Your patience in showing us the houses over FaceTime is highly appreciated. Stay in touch!

Patti was fantastic! It was a rough sale but that was not her fault and she helped us through it all. She was very knowledgeable and positive the entire time.

Patti is a great realtor and friend. She is very knowledgeable, professional and very patient with my many questions.

Patti Dole was extremely professional, a great communicator and was very compassionate to my elderly father who was selling the home. The whole process was flawless and we appreciated her help and support.

Patti is amazing! She was patient and worked diligently to find us our dream home!

Patti not only did a great job as a realtor but also helped explain many of the various processes through the whole home purchasing journey. As a first time buyer, she did a great job answering any questions I had to the best of her ability. The online services Patti provided were also a great help as it gave me the flexibility to handle things from home and work on my time. Overall, Patti did a wonderful job, thanks Patti!

Patti was very good at helping us keep our emotions in check throughout the process. Helping with expectations and truly listening to our concerns and ideas.

She was able to get us in to view any house I requested. And worked with my schedule.
