Patti Longden is fabulous . Ready to be on the go at your convenience and patient. Observant as well! If Patti Longden doesn’t know, she’ll find it out!

Patti made the process as painless as possible. She even reminded me to get the house insured and provided us with names of tradesmen that could help get a ramp into the house for me. We would use her again in a minute!

Patti was very organized and responded very timely to all of our questions and concerns. She was extremely organized and made things easier on us in the process

We had the house listed with another agent for 4 months, went pending a few times but they were never able to finish the sale, Patti sold it in the first day of her listing for cash to a very nice couple.
