We were absolutely DELIGHTED with the service we received from Kari Divito. Kari provided excellent information before we listed, great advice as we put the house on the market, and steered us through the multi-offer process to a TERRIFIC sales result! The house sold in ~36 hours from the MLS and we never had a sign or other advertising. The house sold for 105+% of list price with a CASH offer and Kari Divito handled all aspects of the transaction flawlessly. Great results! We only worked with Kari Divito so I can't speak for the rest of the team, but if she's emblematic of the team, they're wonderful. We love Kari !! I believe it's all been said already. We had a magnificent experience with Kari Divito!

Pattie patiently worked with us for almost two years to help us navigate a challenging market to find a our dream house. She and her entire team are outstanding and would highly recommend them.

Pattie and her team did an amazing job. They helped us list our home, juggle seven offers in three days, and choose the best offer for us. Pattie and her team are the best. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation to anyone looking for a realtor in DuPage County.

Pattie Murray sold my property and didn't cut any corners. Her immediate communication with me during the process, and her helpful suggestions made me feel confident I chose the best realtor.

Patty Murray's team work hard and did whzt it took to sell my propery. They were easy to work with and quickly understand our wants to get it sold.

After the passing of our father, we found ourselves in unexpectedly tricky circumstances in regards to selling his house. The team was knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient in helping us to resolve those circumstances. Went above and beyond. Also found us the right buyer at the right price.
