Part was great. She is very professional and I wasn't nervous because she made the experience fun. We have seen a lot of houses and it is brutal out there right now but we did it. We appreciate her advice and knowledge. She put herself in our shoes and how we feel on things. Patty was great. She is very patience with me and sometimes I would be late but she is very understanding Patty was very helpful. Made sure I understood everything. It was a hair pulling experience for the both of us but we did it. I orginally spoke with another agent but she was in a different state so she recommended me to Patty. We hit it off.

Patty always kept me updated and returned calls immediately. Handled workman for furnance inspection and repair plus scheduling inspection and open houses.She and her husband helped stage the house before the first open house. Patty couldn"t have been more helpful, making it possible to sell the house without being in town.
