Patty Reyes did a super job of knowing the area, getting to know about me and my family. She then found a home close to the school where I needed it, with a great location and amenties that served us well and helped ensure a fast sale later. I recommend her because she is hardworking and will get the job done.

We chose Patty Reyes because she was knowledgeable of the community in which we most wanted to live. Secondly, Patty was very professional through the entire process, and she was always very friendly. Patty remained patient while we fine tuned our expectations of our new home, and she was always willing to explain the "real estate language" while going through the negotiations and signing of documents. The overall experience we had with CENTURY 21 Award and Patty Reyes was excellent. Buying a home can be a stressful process, and the professionalism, knowledge, patience, and friendliness demonstrated made an otherwise stressful process seemingly smooth! Thank you Patty Reyes!

Patty Reyes helped us sell our townhome in a very short period of time. I was surprised how many offers we received, our townhome was close to be in foreclosure and Patty did an outstanding negotiation to prevent it from happening. Patty had a great communication, she always kept me upto date of any single detail. Patty has a great amount of experience, that made us feel in good hands and trust her in the selling of our property. Me and my family are greatful and thankful for Patty’s help in the selling of our townhome, we defenetly recommend her. Thank you Patty again for all that you did for us.

Patty Reyes is very easy to work with and responsive on texts and calls. She always takes care of our questions whether she knows the answer immediately or she needs to get that answer and gets back to us with a response. She has always expressed that she's here to help us. Patty gave us valuable advice on the home buying process. She even gave us a discount coming from her during closing.

We highly recommend Patty. Patty made our house buying experience easy. Patty made sure our transaction closed smoothly and quickly. Patty made our dream of obtaining our “forever home” a reality.

Patty was great during the entire purchasing process. She responded quickly and was always available to meet. I would definitely recommend Patty to anyone who is in search of a home and is wanting to work with someone who is willing to take their time and understand their needs.

Patty Reyes was referred to me by a program from Navy Federal Credit Union and since the moment she contacted me the process started flowing very smoothly, she replied my calls within minutes, kept communication at all times and was available whenever I had a question. I told her what I was looking for according to my needs and were able to purchase a house within a month. Overall excellent service.

Patty gave us a great experience regarding our first home purchase. She was honest with us about certain house's pro and con in relation to location, price and our budget. I would request for her service in the future if needed again.
