She gets to know her clients needs & really consecrated on meeting those needs. Did not attempt to show me anything I didn't want. She also help me stay the course of meeting my needs when I was ready to sacrifice a few of my needs. That said everything I need to know about Patty. She is looking after me

Patty was my mind of broker--straightforward and efficient.

Patty was friendly, professional and helpful in negotiating the purchase of our new home in this market with limited numbers of homes for sale. We are thankful for her assistance!

Patty Sykes has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She has she has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect house for us. We can't thank her enough for her hard work. Thanks Patty!

I have recommended Patty to friends and family after years of knowing her, with good results. It was great to benefit myself from her knowledge and skills in selling my home. Thanks so much!

Patty was so professional and caring throughout the entire process! She went above and beyond to ensure that our first home buying experience went perfectly!

Patty has worked with me twice now and she was wonderful with my husband and I; and most recently with myself and my mother's condo. My mother being 90 had been working on selling her condo. My mother's health was failing and having her make decisions about belongings was a struggle for her. So Patty redid the timeline and prep work I think three times as we worked through to the sale.My mother was sure that she would lose money on the condo because we were selling it as is; it still had the green shag carpeting and velvet yellow and green plaid wallpaper in the master bath. Patty was so reassuring to her and so patient. It is sold and I can hear my mom from above cheering because she loved to make money. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. So thank you Patty for all your patience and kindness. She was wonderful with my mother. I love Patty...she is so good at what she does. Andrea the title person had everything in order and I did not have to go to the signing and sit for 2 hours. Thank you! The group affiliated with C21 that is available to help with moving and packing and any number of issues; would have been more helpful had I known about them from the very beginning of the process; not once it was on the market. Wonderful!
