Paul went above and beyond our expectations. He worked hard to intimately understand our wishes and gave us many opportunities to view houses that checked the boxes of our requirements.

Sold house quickly

This was my first ever property purchase in the US and Paul was the ideal realtor to work with. He was incredibly patient throughout the process, listened well and carefully to the feedback given to him at every viewing and so was able to finesse his selection of suitable properties for us to a very precise set of criteria. As I was in a situation where I was competing with a number of other bidders, his advice on how to pitch my offers to secure the sale in my favour was invaluable and I have no doubt without his wise and thoughtful counsel I would not have prevailed.

I do not know of a real estate transaction that is easy. However, with Paul's expertise, deep knowledge and contacts for any situation that may arise, he made the sale of my house a smooth process. Paul researched the area and knew how to price and showcase the house based on my requirements to draw the right interest. Paul Chavez has been my realtor for 20 years and has been successful in every sale. As my son-in-law, I was his very first real estate sale and I continue to have the highest regard and confidence in him. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, constant communication and application of current marketing and techniques.

Paul Chavez was very much on top of everything throughout the sales process. His pricing was spot on and resulted in strong activity from buyers. He communicated well throughout and is a true professional. I highly recommend him!

Paul guided me through an extensive search for a new home and the sale of my current home. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and he kept my spirits up in what felt like a never-ending search in this market. He also gave me great guidance on what needed to be done to get my house ready to sell and we had an offer above asking within six hours of the listing going live! I trust Paul's knowledge, and I really enjoyed working with him. I never want to move again, but if I do, I will use Paul!
