Paul took the time to discuss my personal goals. We made a list of non negotaibles and he did great locating the perfect home for me. I recommend him to everyone I know.

I believe Paul is the best in the business. He is very informative and helped me map out a plan to sale our home very quickly. This is the 2nd time I have used Paul as my realtor. Each time he has delivered on all his promises and commitments. If you are looking for the best realtor in Albuquerque, look no further...Paul Chavez is the best!

Paul helped us with this older house with issues. Paul helped us find experienced professionals that came in and corrected issues after the inspections. I believe he went above and beyond in this process. This house had 5 offers and went into contract 4 times. The inspection and corrections was a difficult process, that kept us from getting to closing. Paul helped us each step of the way in the long process of getting to closing. Paul's advise, guidance and recommendation made this process bearable.

Paul is a pleasure to work with, always professional and personable.

Great experience with a very skilled Relator.
