Paul was contacted to sell our mothers estate. He took excellent photos and gave us advice in things to do before putting it on the market. He was quick to comment on the improvements we made and how well the house was made (my father built it). There was a basement shower that was in poor condition (but working) and he suggested we list it as a pet shower, which seemed to go over well. He was also quick to act on our behalf with some of the bazaar offers we received. Paul is easy to talk with and a hard working realtor. We would recommend him to sell anyone's house or property!
