Paul Fehrman , is everything that a client would want in a realtor. He's an amazing negotiator, always available to answer any questions, has really good sources for tradesmen that may be needed to get your home ready to sell, has contacts for good stagers, can help with small handyman projects, and anything else that may be needed to facilitate the sale of your home. Paul is the best realtor i have ever worked with and would certainly reccommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

I would recommend Paul Fehrman and his company to anyone. Paul is not a pushy Broker, but certainly gets the important job completed seamlessly. He is very smart, so if something comes up, he can handle even the most difficult tasks to get them readily resolved wherein you can put all of the frustrating elements that could come up in a purchase or sale on him without getting riled yourself.
