Paul Saperstein handled the sale of the property very professional. Mr. Saperstein is very dependable and was always accessible with any of my questions during the time of the sale of the property. Going forward I will use Mr. Saperstein in all my real estate negotiations.

Paul did an excellent job preparing and showing and selling our home. We continue to use his services for an additional property we own and rent out. He has put just as much effort into making sure our property is rented as he did in selling our main residence. He has helped us with referring a handyman to fix things at the rental property, he has me time to go by there and look at things when we can't make it there, and is always available to help out in anyway he can. We continue and will continue to work with him .
