He responds very quickly with texting and emails as well as phone calls and that is important and he is very enjoyable.

Since we live in New York and were buying a condo in Florida, we were nervous about the legistics of buying long distance. Paul Saperstein went out of his way to go to the properties ASAP and even took videos to send back to me in NY. I've never had any broker do that for me! It took us a long time to find our perfect property. Paul never lost interest or patience with us and helped us achieve our dream in owning our perfect beach condo.
