Over all my experience was excellent. I had an unique situation. During the sale of my house I was 1000 miles away and I left everything in Paul Saperstein's hands. I had complete trust that he would handle everything, which he did. He made a suggestion that with better lighting the house would show better. This suggestion made the difference with how the house was perceived by the buyers, Paul Saperstein was very good with giving us plenty of notice before showing the house. He even called when we were not in residence to let us know the house would be shown. I found this reassuring. During the home inspection Paul Saperstein was very helpful in getting us vendors to do the required repairs. Paul is an excellent, through, and reliable realtor. I would use Paul Saperstein again and recommend him to anyone who needed the services of a realtor.

Paul went there on my behalf, saw to it that my belongings were stored, and signed paperwork necessary for Public Storage's requirements..
