Paula J. Martel

Paula Martel's decades of professional experience in the real estate industry is a tremendous asset when navigating through the sale of a property that is subject to the probate court. She is extremely knowledgeable and proactive in ensuring the best outcome for her clients. I appreciated her honest input and guidance throughout this undertaking. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust and rely on to represent their interests.

Paula is THE agent you need! The market has been brutal, but made manageable with her as our champion! We trusted her judgment and opinions through the entire process and were willing to buy across the world based on her recommendation alone. Communication, transparency, and trust with Paula allowed us to find a dream home in an amazing location. Genuinely believe she will put your needs and wants at the forefront balanced with the honesty you deserve. She has saved us from money-pit homes and expenses that we could not have anticipated. TLDR: Extremely Happy Home Owners, Military family, VA Loan, bought under asking-- Solely because of Paula. If you are reading this, don't think twice, contact her!

It was a stressful event selling our long time home. Paula realized this was a big change for us, and was professional, accessible yet mindful of this, then worked hard to get us so much more for our house than we expected. She was great and we are so happy with the whole experience.
