Penny Belgarde

Always great to work with!

I had attempted to sell my house a year prior with a past agent. Things did not go well, and the house was badly damaged resulting in a potential buyer pulling out. After repairs were made, I reached out to Century 21. The broker recommended Penny Belgarde by name as the go-to problem solver for my situation. Penny lived up to her reputation and more. She proved to be a real expert in her field and was instrumental to turning around the disaster I faced every step of the way. I don't know many people who are as willing and capable of delivering results as Penny Belgarde. She has my immense gratitude. If I ever have business in the area again, there is no one I would rather do business with than Penny.
