It's hard for me to express my gratitude in words but I'll try. Penny met with me to view ANY HOUSE I wanted to view; even in another city and state (Rockford Illinois) . We saw beautiful homes and finally I decided to buy the rental we have lived in. Our case was a challenge but she stuck with us through changing dates renegotiated terms and all of our questions. Her attitude is what makes her top tier. Not one time did I feel like we were getting on her nerves not one time did I feel like she was at the end of her rope we kept our hope and she stood by us.

For a few years we worked toghether around ever-changing scope of needs: we started of looking for one type of property and ended up buying another; Mrs Penny was helpful along each step of our journey and, when the time comes, we definitely will call upon her services again.

Penny is the best real estate agent on the planet and I don't know why anyone would use anyone else. 10/10 recommend.
