She is an excellent realtor, with a good heart and full of knowledge. I would use her to sell and buy my next home if I were still in Wisconsin.

Penny sold my mother's house in a couple of weeks. She always explained everything in great detail. Thank you Penny!

Penny is very dedicated and hard working. She kept me informed thru every step of the sale and had solutions for problems when they popped up.

Had to sell the house in Beloit after moving to Texas. Home sold for more than I thought it would and in record time Just a great smooth transaction Highly Recommended

Penny Hansen is an excellent realtor. She always answers the phone or calls you right back. We will definitely be using Penny again for our upcoming properties.

This rating should ALSO apply to Ed Hansen who took us to many house walk-throughs as well. Both Ed and Penny took a lot of time to work with us in finding the "Right House".. BOTH were very helpful in what became a multi-year search.

Penny is very helpful, knowledgeable, and accessible. She is incredibly hard-working and, for however long she remains in practice, I intend to use no other realtor.
