Penny Hansen handled the purchase of our house very professionally. All of our questions and concerns were handled quickly and completely. She was prompt for all our meetings. She worked with the people involved in the closing of our house to insure that the closing went smoothly. She offered information on home inspectors that we could contact. She even had the City of Beloit remove a tree that had fallen on our property!

Penny helped us find the home we recently listed 20 years ago.At the time we were impressed with how hard she worked to find the kind of property we required, and finally bought. Over the years, we received her Calendar and were impressed that she remained in contact. Regarding this recent sale, she was informative of the current market and helped us cross several challenges along the way, by her extra effort.

Penny contacted me right away after referral from my mom. Met with me quickly. Wasted no time. Love her.

Outstanding Broker!
