We worked with Peri Griffith and found our home on day 2 of house hunting. In that time, Peri showed a variety of homes within our parameters to help narrow down what was most important to us. I was most impressed with her communications before, during and after finding our home. She was always responsive and followed up on questions and seller delays in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Peri.

We have used Peri Griffith two other times. When it was time to downsize and purchase another home, we only thought about calling Peri. Once again, she treated us like family, answered all our questions, and worked hard to find the home that best met our needs. When we faced significant problems with a home buyer and their realtor, Peri was firm but gracious with all parties involved.

Peri thoughtfully and respectively lead the process of selling my home with incredible communication, consideration, care, and knowledge. I had full trust in Peri throughout this experience, which she earned graciously by her endless patience and guidance. Peri worked so hard for my family during such a stressful time of divorce, by taking the reins when necessary without any complaints or objections, in fact taking it upon herself to communicate with all agents and workers, allowing me to breathe and get my bearings during all of this change. This is my second time working with Peri, I was recommended her when buying my home and I was so happy with everything that when it came time to sell there was no question in who I would call. Peri is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly kind. Peri was quick to respond to any questions or concerns whether it be from myself or the buyers side. Peri Griffith is truly amazing, honestly, she reminds me of a mother who wants the best for her children. She was so professional yet caring at the same time. She would not force us to make a decision, but would give us her honest opinion on a property. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a house, especially first time home owners who are somewhat nervous in the process. Peri will make you feel comfortable and explain clearly whatever concerns you might have, and she has good recommendations. My wife and I love her, and truly believe God, sent us the perfect agent.
