Extremely knowledgeable and helpful to understand buying a house for my first time. Always available to answer and and all questions that I had. Overall great experience and will be using him again in the future.

Peter was great! It was my first time buying a home and he helped me through the whole process, answering all my questions, and explaining everything to me as we moved along in the process. He helped me find properties to view as well as agreed to look at the ones I found as well. He was very pleasant to work with and made the experience easy and stress-free.

Peter was excellent! We had been looking into purchasing a home for a few years and had went through a couple different realtors but never had great outcomes. With Peter from the first meeting he was incredibly prepared and with it being our first time buying a home he was extremely helpful in walking us through the process and helping to make sure all deadlines were met. If we ever need to purchase a home again we would certainly contact him first. We would highly recommend Peter to any one looking for a home in his workable area and if anyone in the future asks us we would definitely recommend they start with him!

This was my first time buying a home, and Peter Boettcher made sure to explain things in terms that I could understand. I had lots of questions about being a homeowner and Peter Boettcher was more than willing to answer all of them. Peter Boettcher went above and beyond to show me homes virtually to accommodate my work schedule. Peter Boettcher was dedicated to finding me a place to call home. I had found two properties I was debating between and Peter Boettcher helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. Peter Boettcher and I had come up with a plan for putting in an offer. I am so thankful for Peter Boettcher's experience in the field and for helping me accomplish one of those bucket list items. I am now a homeowner!

Good to work with, good friend and neighbor

Peter Boettcher was very knowledgeable about the type of loan I was eligible for and helped me find a home that he knew would qualify for it.

Peter Boettcher is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was easy to contact - even after office hours. After the accepted offer Peter kept me on track with all deadlines. We closed on time and are now enjoying our new home. Would definitely work with Peter again and recommend him to friends.

Peter is the BEST real estate agent by far! If or when I need to use his services again I most certainly will!!
