Peter was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding businesses we may have needed to get in contact with throughout the process. He was prompt when responding to questions. The whole process went smoothly and his reassurance along the way was comforting.

Peter communicated very well and always out things in words that first time buyers could understand. Our last house was a new construction house so this process was all comepletely different and new to us. He always made sure we were up to date, explaining, asking us if we had questions to make sure we understood, and always attended to things with us. It was a much better experience then our last realtor.

From the jump, I felt Peter Boettcher wasn't about getting us in a house and banking a commission. I felt his interest was helping us to find a house we desired at a price we could afford and however long that took, that was okay. Again, purchasing a home in a market several hundred miles away leaves one in a position where they have to have trust and confidence in one's broker.
