Pete knows his stuff! He will point out issues he sees with houses. For example, foundation issues (such as walls leaning), water drainage issues, age of appliances (furnace, a/c, etc), possible asbestos, etc He knows the market and the prices. Pete is very quick to respond, to all forms of communication (email, text, phone calls) He is very easy to talk too and will explain things to make sure you understand. He is not pushy and will make sure you find the right place.
