Peter provided very professional service. The sale of my rental property was quite challenging. Peter had to work with the tenant and the current lease to be able to complete the sale. At the end of the day, Peter was able to get the tenant to cooperate with the all the showings, and, keep the condo in show-ready condition. Peter was able to close this deal months sooner than I anticipated and for almost exactly our asking price. I will definitely use Peter again to sell my other rental properties.
