Peter did an amazing job from the listing through the negotiations. I wasn't the best seller, impatient and easily offended, but Peter managed my expectations as well as the buyers perfectly. After all was said and done I feel like the best price for my property was won by his efforts. I am ever thankful that I listened.

Pete was great at coming in for a review and assessment of our place before we even listed. He provided some great suggestions to prepare our place and provided us with his pricing strategy.
