Peter sold my parents condo because they were moving into an assisted living facility. I dealt with Peter the majority of the time, but he included my parents along the way respecting and acknowledging their needs and opinions. The care and consideration he took while preparing my parents condo prior to listing was beyond what any other real estate agent would have done. He arranged for cleaning and painting without batting an eye. He assured me that he would take care of my parents, and that is exactly what he did. When the condo finally sold, he treated my parents so well with such respect and kindness. My parents were so incredibly happy with his professionalism and care. My mom stated to me that she absolutely loves him. If you are looking someone who has a high degree of professionalism and knowledge with a wonderful personality to be your real estate agent, look no further and hire Peter Fourlas. You will definitely not regret this decision.

Peter was a pleasure to work with and navigated challenges with great professionalism and care. I would highly recommend him and would use him again in the future.

Peter is a great realtor with the real passion for what he does! Peter showed me a lot of properties. He is very professional and punctual. Peter's ability to get things done is incredible. The best thing I like about Peter is that he is a skillful negotiator, who instinctively reads the situation correctly, understands the motivation and feelings of the other party, and chooses the right time to proceed or withdraw. I highly recommend Peter as your realtor! He is your guy!

Peter is honest, reliable, and hard working. He is everything you want in a good realtor. We worked long distance, and he made the experience smooth. His timelines and goals were bang on. 10/10 would recommend.

We were looking at downsizing and to a particular part of the City. Our agent, Peter Fourlas, was prompt in showing and negotiating the price on a suitable property. Due to our experience and the experience of a neighbour, who we recommended to Peter, we would certainly recommend him to others.

I worked with when I purchased the house and I had really good experience with him, that why i need his help to sell the house. Thanks

Peter Fourlas was very willing to go the extra mile to make himself available to show me this condo (the one I bought), even though he was busy and it involved a commute to Moose Jaw. He has also been very helpful in guiding me through the purchase of a condo.

Pete is top notch when it comes to realtors. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and made our experience incredibly easy as picky first time home buyers. He did a fantastic job of sending us listings that matched our criteria and was very accessible to organize showings around our limited schedules. He is honest, trustworthy, and professional when it comes to properties and locations, and that was crucial for us as we were moving from out of province. We are thrilled that he helped us find and negotiate the purchase of our dream home in under 6 weeks - that speaks for itself! If you find yourself looking to buy or sell and need a realtor, Pete is your guy - you will not be disappointed!
