Peter was exceptional! He knew his market well and found an ideal property for what we were looking for in the south end of Regina, which was our location preference. It was a smaller purchase, but Peter treated us the same as he would a multi-million dollar property purchaser. He was on time, detailed, organized, knowledgeable and friendly. There were a lot of moving parts with the move and it was so nice to know we were in great hands dealing with the purchase. Sometimes I would get busy during the day and have to text him later at night, expecting to hear back in the morning - but in every case he over delivered by responding within moments, even if it was just to say that he would look into something the next morning. I knew he was always on top of everything, and that let me focus on other aspects of the move. Peter was also really easy to talk to, he was genuine ,and friendly. It was like dealing with a longtime Pal. I'd highly recommend him for anyone looking for any kind of property in the region.
