Peter is my go to agent. I've recommended Peter for Purchases and Sales to a number of friends and acquaintances. In every situation, he has hit it out of the park.

I can't express enough how professional and knowledgeable Peter has been with us. Very patient and always has an answer for all are questions. I highly recommend Peter, you will not be disappointed. Nico

Who's the best realtor is Regina? Peter Fourlas obviously! He makes the selling process fun, he answers your questions with full transparency. Paper work was a breeze and so quick. Our house sold so fast, Loved working with him and cannot wait to buy our next home through Peter!

He is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and is accessible whenever we have questions. Overall, he was great to work with!

Pete set the bar high marketing my condo by including the services of a stager and a professional photographer to showcase my property in an impressive way. This has actually forever changed the way I view agents as I now notice how many do not do this. When there are agents like Pete who invest in the sale of your home, why would you hire anyone else? Pete goes the extra mile and it makes a difference. Pete was accessible and provided feedback to me after each showing, something I appreciated. He was very knowledgable and I valued his honesty and trusted feedback throughout the process. Working with him felt like collaborating with a friend or family member.

Peter came highly recommended by my daughter and son-in-law! Peter was very accommodating. He always responded to texts and emails promptly. He made this process much easier for me, As a recently widowed client who had never purchased a house before, let alone on her own, I certainly appreciate Peter's professionalism and guidance during this process! He made the process much less overwhelming! He included my daughters and sons-in-law in the viewing and discussions which really helped me. I always felt that I was treated with honesty. Peter never made me feel that he was simply selling a house. He was genuinely concerned that the house meet my needs and expectations. If there was a rating above excellent in the survey, I would choose that!

Peter is one of the top agents in Regina for a reason! My husband and I worked with Peter in 2019 when we sold our primary residence and bought a new one. This year when it came time to sell our revenue property Peter was the only option! I was worried it was gonna to take a long time to sell as the property was a mobile home but once our renters moved out and we got it cleaned up we had an offer within a month! Peter knows houses and the market and is excellent at his job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor and I would never use anyone else!

Pete was extremely helpful in every aspect of my home purchase. He walked me through every step and was always available to answer questions and clarify the confusing parts. He was highly knowledgeable and took care of any issues I was having during the process.

Came highly recommended from a friend, and I'm glad I went with him. Peter is personable, professional, helped me stage my house, and got the sale done in an area that has been proven difficult. Well done, Peter!!
