Pete came highly recommended from several people, and the most common phrase was “he is no bulls***. He won’t let you buy a house he wouldn’t live in”. Which turned out to be exactly the case. Pete was great at breaking down the pros and cons of each house, at times I had fallen in love with the way a house may have looked, Pete would warn about costly repairs or foundation problems that I would have no way of knowing about.
