Peter was referred by a relative and was very pleased with his knowledge of the city and with my budget he had to work with and his flexibility on scheduling of showings. Everyone told us how well done they were and how appealing they were. Well written description that captured all the highlights of our property and our neighborhood. A gréât experience with Pete. Knowledgeable. Realistic. Honest. Did not try to paint it all sweet but instead he painted a realistic picture with reasonable expectations. Signing of documents was seamless This was a stressful time for us as we were selling my moms condo after she moved to a personal care home. Pete really did such a great job my stress about this sale went immediately down after our first meeting I can’t imagine it could have been better. Aware that the condo market in Refina is not good. I feel a great job was done in selling this unit Pete was easily accessible when I had questions. Very quick response time. He kept me up to date with everything going on.
