Pete looked for the important things that I didn't know to look for in a home. He also kept on top of inspections and made sure all parts of our home were up to our standards, or negotiated with the sellers to make sure everything was repaired. He is so easy to communicate with, responsive to texts at any hour and setting up showings quickly, which is so important in a fast-moving market. It felt like a good friend who wanted us to be happy in our home was working for us. As a first time buyer, I held off buying a home for years, partly because of the hassle of purchasing, but Pete helped that hassle become an easy checklist.
