Some of the items that he outlined as important considerations for him in showing houses matched up perfectly with what we were looking for (specifically avoiding cinderblock basements). He was very approachable in his demeanor and answered a lot of our questions without being condescending as we had never purchased a house before. His manner and straight-forward nature were really excellent and really helped us to find the right house for us. Peter was very helpful every step of the way. He easily answered our questions and provided us with excellent contacts when something was out of his realm of knowledge, or not a part of the services he provided as a realtor (i.e. home inspection).
