We had heard recommendations for Peter Fourlas and when we interviewed him ourselves we were impressed that he listened and understood, that he designed a specific strategy to meet our requirements, that he based things on solid/appropriate data, and that he had the track record to back it up. Peter Fourlas really was good to work with. I don't mean the generic "he's a great guy" sort of complement. When we placed our property up for sale, we assumed it would be weeks of it on the market as the condo market has been quite flooded for some time. We had the property on the market in 2020 (with another realtor) for 6 months without one offer, so when we put it back up for sale we expected another LONG and uneventful listing... However we were blown away when not just one offer came in 2 days after listing, but two offers came in! Our experience was phenomenal, and thanks to Peter we got above asking with little conditions and a super quick possession. The photographer he uses is a wizard and you could tell he cared about making sure the photos were useful to potential buyers while making our home look like it belongs in a magazine. The intro video was a nice touch! Once we had our offer we were able to get an accepted offer on our dream place! We barely blinked and Pete had all of the inspections we needed for our purchase booked and ready to go, it was just a matter of meeting with the home inspector! When we met Pete for the first time and he sat with us we knew by his knowledge and calm diameter he meant business and showed class and confidence. Pete was serious about getting our house on the market with a strong plan in place. Throughout the process of listing our home, Pete was quick to reassure us and often told us that it was always on him to worry about selling our home which took all the stress off our minds.
