Peter is the best! This was my first home purchase, and I couldn't believe how 'easy' it was. I contribute this feeling to Peter for really taking care of me during the whole process. Every step of the way painless. He was very helpful and I was actually surprised how fast paced everything was. Pete was very honest, and quick to rule out properties that he felt would not have a solid foundation. When attending viewings, Pete was very thorough. He was crawling into closets, tight spaces, inspecting ceilings, and really checking to make sure there wouldn't be any surprises. His thoroughness here early on saved me from getting my heart set on a place, and paying for a home inspection just to learn about foundation issues. He provides an easy to use tool that allows you to view listings and categorize them into Favourites, Possibilities, and Discards. He is also a scheduling ninja. When we were ready to view properties, he would schedule many back to back so we could crush a lot of viewings in a single day, and even offered to drive us around in his vehicle. With the many contracts you go through when buying a home, he was able to have me review and sign virtually which saved me a lot of time.

Peter was absolutely fabulous. I do not have enough kind words to say about him! I messaged a general inquiry about viewing the said property on Child Ave, and within a few hours (on a Friday evening) I received a response to view the property that weekend. When we met him to view (my dad, step mom and I) he let us walk around, answered any questions we had but also took down significant notes about what I was looking for in a property. Over the past few years, I have bought and sold houses in Ontario, Manitoba, and now Saskatchewan. Pete has been by far the best agent that I have dealt with. He patiently showed me a range of houses, in a variety of neighbourhoods, and steered me away from those that I might have otherwise considered, but should not have. I ended up putting in an offer on a fixer-upper in my first-choice neighbourhood. Pete deftly handled the negotiations, and got me an excellent price. He then helped me to negotiate a further discount when issues arose during the inspection. After the sale closed, he also directed me to a range of tradespeople, who have all been great. The house is slowly but surely becoming my own. If/when I sell my house, Pete will be my first-choice broker.

When going through the process to sell my home, he did everything I could hope for or ask to ensure that it was as easy and stress-free as possible. He was transparent with me so that I had clear expectations on what to expect and was overall a total pleasure to work with. He even came to drop off a key to me when I accidentally locked myself out while moving out my things... totally above and beyond the call of duty.
