Peter Fourlas and his team sold our condo in a market where condos don’t sell! Peter supported us full-circle in our first home purchase. Peter helped us buy a condo as our first home. Then, when we were ready to move on, Peter and his team helped us sell it! 2019 was a very tough market for home sales in Regina, especially Condos. However, that didn’t stop Peter and his team from taking on the challenge and then succeeded in getting us 95% of our asking price! The thing we appreciate most about Peter is that he is a NO Bull S*** type of guy. He is 100% honest and transparent in all he does. If he doesn’t agree or like something, he will not sugar-coat it just to make the sale. If it doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t work for him! He won’t force you into a decision if you don’t want it or agree with it. We have seen many examples of realtors forcing clients to lower their sale price just to make the sale quicker. This is the complete opposite of Peter. We were firm on the sale price of our condo and even though many people told us that we should lower our price to expedite the sale (and I’m sure at times Peter would have wished we did haha) he stood by us the entire way and supported our decision to stand firm. Where other realtors would have become frustrated and gave up on us, Peter and his team rose to the challenge and worked even harder! We can’t thank Peter and his team enough! After contacting him he was friendly and amiable and easy going but also willing to work on our behalf. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home. Peter got the closing date we needed and the price we were ready to pay. It went quite smoothly considering the time constraints we were dealing with. Being a young woman (under 25) purchasing my first home, my biggest priority was to find a real estate agent who made me feel comfortable and who I could trust with my first ‘big purchase’. It was critical that my agent be someone who would consider my requirements as well as my safety and opinions when searching for my home. I was so happy/lucky to work with Peter because I could sense he actually cared and wanted to find something that suited me. He answered every single question no matter how silly with patience and understanding - I never once felt stupid for asking questions or voicing my opinion. This was big for me!! I had no idea that the listing I was requesting was in an area I would regret moving into, so thanks to Peter I saved a lot of potential regret. We had listed our home on and off for the past 3 years with a few different agents. This last attempt at selling our home we met with a few before deciding to list with Peter. Peter is personable, priced our home correctly, and promoted our home through various channels to get it sold. I really valued the design consultation to make our home visually appealing in photos and film. I think promotion is #1 and Peter has a solid strategy and understanding of the market. Peter was always available to text or call if we had questions or concerns. I had alot of anxiety through the sale and he was very patient and reassuring. We have got to know Peter quite well during this process and he doesn't feel like an agent and more like a friend.
