I recently moved out of the Regina area and tasked Peter Fourlas with the job of selling my condo in a very slow market. I thought I had a pretty great place but was under no impression I would be selling at a profit in the current marketplace. That being said, Peter worked hard to try and get me as high a sale price as he could. He posted my condo all over social media, held open houses and kept me up-to-date with the interest online. We had a bit of a hiccup along the road from a potential buyer who pulled out of a sale last minute; however, Peter kept me in the loop on everything that was happening and worked very hard to try and keep the deal together.
