Peter Fourlas is one of the top realtors in the city and after working with him for (for the second time) there is no doubt why. We chose to list our property in one of the weakest markets this city has seen in the past several years. Peter ensured that we were priced appropriately and prepared us for the state of the market. I was very impressed with Peter Fourlas and his approach for selling my home. We discussed what my needs were and then he provided justification for the suggested list price for my house which I agreed with. He then provided a stager to help make my home the most presentable to buyers as possible. Once that was done, he had professional pictures and video done which he then used on social media to start attracting prospective buyers. Within a week we had an offer!!!
