As an older lady looking to buy a house for the first time in Regina, I told Peter I would rely heavily on his opinions and recommendations. He never failed to answer my questions or concerns with what he honestly thought. That was much appreciated. I could tell that he was not just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. He showed me numerous properties, even ones he knew I wouldn't like, but took me anyway.
