I was leery about ending up with the "typical salesperson" and so had planned on meeting with two or three realtors before deciding. I set up a meeting with Pete first. He immediately put me at ease and I decided not to pursue other meetings, signing with him. That ease followed us throughout the process. Pete was clear from the beginning that his goal was to get us into a house that we loved. He is very knowledgeable about houses in the city and did not shy away from voicing any and all concerns he had. The seller we ended up dealing with was very difficult, resulting in a lot of frustration. Pete handled it all very professionally on the sellers end and was also able to guide me through the process with humour and wit, mixed with just enough gentle support to complete the deal while he made the inspections and other pieces happen seamlessly. I love the home and neighbourhood and couldn't be happier!
