Overall Peter Fourlas performance with our house purchase was excellent. This being our first home purchase Peter made sure we understood the process and what the next steps were. With us living 8 hours away from our new home and only having a week to find a house and have the fine details done. Peter stepped up and was able to get the house inspection lined up in short notice, and has given us clear communication with the process. Peter came to me as a referral from a friend. They really enjoyed working with him and after meeting with him I could see why. He was very straight forward and respectful at the same time. I appreciated not having the fluff to sort through. Peter negotiated a good price after sometime on market. Always calming our nerves and encouraging us to be patient since the price point we set out was a bit slower in sales. I think Peter just always has his phone in his hands, or at least it seems that way since he responded to texts and calls within under a minute most of the time. He had our house listed in 2 days and came in to take the photos and measurements by himself which we thought was nice. Peter's assistant was nice and delivered our documentation and feature papers in a timely, polite manner. There was a bit of a miscommunication in the process at the end but it was identified, addressed and remedied for future situations.
