Our experience with Peter was amazing. There is clearly a plethora of agents to choose from in Regina many who have had success because of their name but not because of their ethics. Peter was always available to us regardless of time of day or day of week. He has a full understanding of the real estate market in Regina and was continually offering us advice as we searched for several months. However, the one thing we felt that truly sets Peter apart is his level of professionalism. This became clearly evident during negotiations with "veteran" real estate agents that were clearly looking out for themselves and acting arrogant and obnoxious and not at all representing the interests of their clients. The level of frustration we had during our final negotiation was only calmed by Pete. He managed to work our deal they way we wanted and kept us informed of the process as it moved along and continued to deflect the underlying issues at hand.
