He understood how nervous I was being a first time home buyer and he made me feel comfortable and in charge. He was very quick to respond to every message ever sent and always checked in when he didn't hear from me in a while. Peter let me go at my own pace and did not add any pressure, however, he did not let me let the "one" get away because of my cold feet. And for that I am grateful. Peter was easy to talk to and typically responded within minutes. If he was not able to chat, he would let us know his situation and then gave us a timeframe for which he wold be able to respond accordingly. Simply put, he was on top of it all! Peter was the only one we dealt with. He seems like the type that doesn't like not being around for his clients. It was a great feeling knowing that we were just as important as the other clients he was working with! From start to finish, we felt Peter was working hard for us to find a home that we loved and we knew he was the man to ensure it was going to be worth the money we were paying for it! We love our home and are thankful to Peter for making the process such an easy one!
