This is the second property I have purchased with Peter Fourlas. When I trusted Peter with my first home he was still making a name for himself and his passion, drive, attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and honesty made it clear he would soon be a big name in Regina's realty business. I did not consider other realtors when I was ready to purchase my second home, and could not have been more pleased with that decision. Even though Peter is no longer a newbie, and has begun to enjoy a well-deserved success in this city, it is clear he is not inclined to rest on his laurels: I was given the same exemplary service the second time around and Peter helped us get a great price on a house that will sure to be a home for our family for many many years. Peter is a true professional in his industry. Working with him was a pleasure. Peter set a very straight forward plan of action for the listing, as far as marketing, open house scheduling and a plan of when we would make moves relative to the market and what level of interest is being displayed on our home. This set our expectations going forward, which was very important to us. As time went forward it did not matter what questions we had, when we ask them or how obscure they were, Peter had a well thought out, patient answer for us every time. His personality and demeanor is suited perfectly for what he does everyday. He can take any situation, no matter how stressful, and turn it into a positive. Peter Fourlas managed to sell our home which was incomplete (Approx 75% complete) for significantly more than two other realtors recommended to post as the asking price. A 3rd realtor declined to sign with us to sell our home.. I saw several of his videos online and that was the main reason I chose him. I liked what he said, how he said it and he just seemed like the kind of down-to-earth kind of person I wanted to deal with to sell my house. Really, Peter Fourlas does an outstanding job and is always there to answer questions, even if they are weird questions. He has the patience of a saint and explains things clearly.
