Pete is a very knowledgeable understanding realtor who listens to everything you are looking for in a home purchase . We were using Pete for a home purchase but when we were having issues with our selling realtor in Philadelphia, Pete stepped in to help us find an amazing local realtor to help us out . I’m very happy we chose Pete and would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Pete went above and beyond in getting my property sold. Couldn't have asked for a better agent. I definitely will use him again ...if I ever decide to move again..he's very kind, patient, and considerate.

Pete is a great Agent, very considerate and took the time to understand my situation. Pete is very knowledgeable and understands the housing market better than any agent I e ever worked with! Pete is a great person and I consider him a friend I have been blessed to have! I will and have recommended him to anyone needs real state help! Pete handled all of it, I told him what I needed to happen and Pete took control and did an awesome job!

Pete handled my sale like a close friend would. I would never recommend anyone but him to anyone!

He’s the best. I recommend him to everyone. His attentiveness is unmatched, and his sense of humor goes a long way. I would never use anyone else.
