Pete Heim is more than just a realtor, he's also a friend. He made what could be a stressful process so fun and enjoyable. I am a first time home buyer and Pete helped guide me through every step of the way! He was incredibly patient while he took me to house after house until I made my decision, he always had my best interest in mind when it came to negotiating prices, he was always on time and friendly, and he always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful as well as his knowledge of what's going on inside the homes. You cannot be around Pete Heim for very long without realizing that he is an extremely personable and outgoing man; admirable for his relationship with his family and his church.
