Peter Sterczyk walked us through a long and slightly complicated purchase of a piece of bare land, which had certain regulatory obligations that had to be met before we closed. Timing on delivery of the various required certificates was a movable feast, and so our closing date had to be moved a number of times. Lateral thinking and creativity on Peter's part meant that this was done with minimum fuss and bureaucracy, to the satisfaction of all parties. Peter went out of his way to keep us informed and provide documentation as it was available, so that we could keep our lawyer in the loop and hence ensure that our interests were not compromised. In addition to being both efficient and effective, Peter is also very personable and friendly; a delight to work with.
