Upon a referral from a co-worker, we decided to go with Peter ReMax of Nanaimo, I had reached out to other agents from other firms, and got very minimal satisfaction. Knowing that we were ready to buy and had financing in place we began the search with Peter. The other agents did not put out the desire to help us with buying a property, they seemed like agents wanting to just sell.
