Peter was fantastic to deal with. We were relocating from Alberta to BC and he made it a very easy process

Peter was great. He understood what we were looking for and it didn't feel like he was trying to sell to us. A lot of the houses we looked at, he was the one to point out issues. We knew that when we found a house that Peter liked, that we had found a great house! Thanks Peter!

Peter is very good

Peter was always that when we needed to view a place. He always provided good insight into the positives or negatives of what we were considering. We bought through Peter and have no regrets. Any future real estate needs will be done through Peter.

Peter was simply outstanding in his efforts to help me find the house of my dreams. He was also careful and methodical in his approach to viability. He had a great calm attitude and gave me a considerable amount of his time in my search.

Perhaps the best RE agent we have ever worked with. An all-around great experience.Highly recommended.

We would recommend Peter Sterczyk to anyone wanting to buy a property anywhere on the Island. He made our experience easy and a lot of fun! Great personality, very laid back, no pushing or hurrying a sale. Highly knowledgeable about all facets of real estate.
