We have worked with Peter before selling our house on Allerton. He is absolutely amazing and totally dedicated to his customers. He anticipated our needs and worked swiftly when there were a few bumps in the road. We moved across the country and could not have done it without Peter. He is one of a kind and we cannot say enough good things about him! He is an absolutely fantastic realtor and loves his job. Cressy and Everett are lucky to have a realtor of his caliber!

For the 6 months it to to close my home in florida, Peter was critical in keeping me informed on properties in South Bend. Helping with purchasing my new home and all of the important things that would have been new to me in the area. Such as utlities and historical information since my home is. His follow through is excellent and I would highly recommed to anyone I know is looking to purchase a home or Commercial property in his area of service.

Pete has been outstanding during this process. He's been incredibly patient and detailed with a unique property portfolio and circumstances. We would highly reccomend Pete to anyone in our area.

Peter Thurin worked diligently in finding our home when we moved to South Bend originally. We were thrilled with his perception and insight of our needs. When we decided to sell our house, Peter was our choice as agent. He navigated our lisiting with professionalism and tenacity. Our house sold immediately. We would reccommend his ethical, kind and patient skills to anyone in need of buying or selling a home. His care and knowledge of the South Bend community is beyond measure.

Pete was a joy to work with. He was diligent, hard working, and went the extra mile to make sure our home was ready for listing, and once an offer was accepted, that closing occurred despite significant obstacles that could have negated the deal due to issues out of our control. Highly recommend Pete!

Peter certainly went above and beyond in all aspects of our time working with him. Great experience.
