We have never sold a property before! We didn’t know what was important when it came to listing the house. We immediately recognized how important it is to have the right agent. Peter was knowledgeable, honest and sooo flexible with us. He kept us in the loop the entire process which was important to us and celebrated milestones along the way. If you we ever have to sell another property we would without a doubt call Peter! As well as peter all the staff we dealt with along the way has been wonderful! Madison and Rebekka were the two staff members we dealt with along the way. Very impressed!

Peter has exceptional real estate knowledge with a very friendly sales approach along with excellent market knowledge; prompt communication was appreciated,we felt that Peter Woldu put our needs first and answered all the questions we had during the listing & sale of our property. He was able to recommend various options & suggestions to help sell our house along with ideas for renting in the future. We would highly recommend using Peter Woldu

One of the Great assets Peter has is the way he can connect on a very personal basis with the home owner. He made sure that if I had any questions he was willing to take the 2 min call and answer it, and when I phoned back with another one with in 5 mins, he again made sure I had what ever answer I needed. I Have/Had a lot of stress during this time in my life and dealing with Peter and the way he did his job just took a lot of that stress away from me. Over all I am Quite happy with Peter and his performance (I feel your company is lucky to have him on board).

Peter is the best of the best. It was awesome working with him, and although we absolutely love our new house, we're sad we don't get to work with Pete on a regular basis anymore.

Peter Woldu made purchasing our forever home an amazing experience. He was very professional, always available and communicated well. He was always on time for appointments and very friendly. We are so grateful we had Peter to help us purchase our home and make the process stress free. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Very glad I chose Peter Woldu. It was my first time purchasing a home and he made everything understandable. He listened to my concerns and was very honest. I think he went above and beyond to help me! I really appreciate everything he did and would recommend to anyone!

Peter Woldu gets the job done! He is not only a very knowledgeable, hard working realtor, he is a good person who genuinely cares and understands his clients. His guidance and patience were instrumental in the successful sale of our home. We highly recommended Peter!

There was no question too big or too small, or one that went unanswered with Peter. He always made himself available and always had my best interests at the forefront. Being that I am a first time home buyer, Peter went through the process thoroughly and made it effortless for me. Going into the process of buying my first home my nerves were high, but Peter was always quick to talk me through any and all details and made this a stress-free and exciting and fun experience, there was never a dull moment. I was recommended to Peter by a friend, and after our first meeting it was clear to me I had made the right choice in choosing to work with Peter. I communicated with both Lauren Merasty and Melinda Wright in this deal and both were extremely quick to answer any questions I had, and were a big help.
